LPE is one of the latest having lost almost 50% in value after consolidation and that would happen to IMU as well as at this stage as to make consolidation a success a company must be profitable. Otherwise holders will sell it down.
MC is important, not shares on issue. But every time the sp dives some blame shares on issue.
What drives the sp up is performance and despite huge progress the market still considers IMU a non-performer.
It is a long period process, the sp will climb again but not today or soon unless we get an offer.
GLTA and no consolidation needed at this stage.
