You are assuming every user pays - it could be 1M users (total) - 10% pay - 500k less costs (e.g. prizes, overheads, etc) - which could be a loss.If you consider YouTube adoption of paid users it might be very scary...
As they have over 1B monthly users (active users, total users is 1.3B or 23% less) of that 1.5M are paying and 1M are trailing (1-2.5%).

With this in mind 1M less 23% 770k of that 1% pay = 7.7 @ $5 p/m = 38.5k p/m (462k p.a.). From the employee benefit from 2017 annual report was ~400k this leaves about 62k to spend on everything else.
The total loss on the last report was 8.2M (4.4M intangibles) so there is still a lot more users that need to come on board and a lot more that will need to subscribe.
