No one can say they wont. If they were eligible for this raise they could only buy $15k = 300k  the additional 199,700k would be required to be sourced on market, would you not suggest that achieving same would in fact raise the SP?.. I'd expect they would have a few tucked away 3rd party accounts anyway... all depends on how much they want to be a part of what AVZ have going forward, others may show interest upon re-release of SS, TS leading into DFS.
