AVZ going under would give Hauyou a great opportunity to acquire the assets of the carcass
at bargain basement pricing.
IMO Hauyou didn’t insist on a board member, object to the 10% placement facility and hide their share holding behind multiple entities in multiple nominee accounts for the benefit of retail holders.
