If BOD have then said nah, we will go and complete this raise with Patto's how is that in anyone's best interest?

I didn't read the CR thread over the last couple days. I commented before the CR even happened and got told I was making stuff up even though I clearly wasn't. How long have you in particular been telling "downrampers" and non holders they are wrong?
