So, as it is a private/ unlisted company. The 'shares" remain the property of Pensador for use to fund ongoing projects.
CVI has used this initial 6% to mesh the 2 companies together and starting of the capital investment in what will one day be its merger.
Those that put this capital forward must be indeed, very wealthy groups, to be able to leave there unlisted shares in what is basically "escrow".
This gives me confidence in our supporters.
