Just about the first time I've seen a Chinese dude head up an Aussie miner as well, apart from the Malaysians who made a fortune with MIS. The guy should get really stuck in and will have all the right contacts in Beijing. I'm pretty excited about PSP, one of the key points is they are close to existing infrastructure. The market continues to underestimate just how important this is, especially for iron ore.
