If he believes that the mxc SP will increase by stepping down then he will after they announce $275k revenue by the 15th of this month so that he can get his millions of performances shares. In reality though, his stepping down will not effect the SP. Retail holding pindicks are not going to jump back in on this one just because he isn't on the board.
