I also think @chimi also needs to take into account that it's peak capacity and "well in excess of current order intake" (direct quote).
The $3.5m operating costs pre raw materials forecast for FY19 looks a bit high to me, since they only did $1.3m in the first half. Anyone have any ideas why?
