thanks Trent, my memory has just been jogged back to a BRR in Feb where MS took on the diamond leases. he said that he told the angolans he didn't want them as financing the project would be a problem. the angolans told him not to worry as they would make sure he got the money. I guess in the end it should come as no surprise that they will finance the lot.

also in regards to your observation that the Angolans gave CVI the assets and then the money to develop them it is not beyond comprehension that the prominent angolans are gentlemen with great business abilities and little knowledge of mining. the talents of the oxy boys and egan are indisputable. They probably need CVI as much as CVI need them.
