The report in the Australian just out suggests that the ANZ were not the beneficial owners in the first place i.e. they may have to givém back. The writer says they hope they don't have to pay too much to do so & that the share prices haven't risen too much.
I on the other hand hope there's an explosion in the sp. We all remember that 40 million shares & 18 million options were flogged off to the detriment of stock holders.
