Looking at the notification of consolidation/split announcement on the 29th it seems they were way to confident that they had the numbers.
Big lesson learnt but where is it going to leave us, massive dilution coming with a shytehouse Bergen deal or maybe worse (if there is worse)
All the useless prick had to do was release a nice big happy confident preso as to why we needed to consolidate and what options it would bring the company but he chose to pees of on holiday and not give a flying fruit
