Even if NMDC do approve/sign the RCA, we still have a new deadline of 31 March for financial closure. A date which only ECT has agreed to so far (going by a recent announcement). Lots of people on HC have mentioned that financial closure is the really meaningful event.
I wonder what ECT has put in place to enable financial closure by 31 March? Have they announced exactly what that "financial closure" means? Or will someone change the goalposts on them again at the last minute?
