Seeking other peoples comments.

I see operating expenses are under what was forecast fromthe December quarter by approximately 500,000. However, there is a big discrepancy in cash flows used in investingactivities which is not forecasted in the previous quarter. Please could youexplain what items 2.1.e and 2.1.f include for the quarter ending Dec 31. Have emailed the co. but just wondered if anyone else had anyexplanations.
