Thanks, so in layman's terms, NLC's and NMDC's (potential) board approval of the RCA basically means that they are saying "Yes we can sign this document in it's current form", but can still, at any moment, decide not to actually go ahead and sign it?
No wonder the share price is where it is.
Does financial closure mean that money changes hands, contracts signed and the project starts under a legally binding agreement?
