Many people believe RRS were selected for the Puntland project, not the other way around. I believe the only difference between AOI and RRS is liquidity and differing sentiment from share holders. With RRS seen to have limited resources they have become the easier target for manipulation. Remember Range controls (100%) the 'Contract of Work' and AOI still need to earn their stake. If Range doesn't succeed, AOI will be left with nothing.
It appears Pres Muse has been in Ethiopia for the past couple of weeks. It has been reported that he will be returning in the next couple of days. Let's see if he has made any headway on the security front, as I'm sure he knows full well, the ramifications of any prolonged delay to drilling. Without an oil discovery his tenure as President may be short lived.
