Positive operational cash flows are meaningless if the co. consistently invests above and beyond its capabilities. Its pretty clear there is a lot of capex to go before it translates into the desired sales numbers for the right cost. At the moment they are way behind.
A positive result of the litigation would swing things for me otherwise they'll need to raise.
