First bought in Goodman's since 2009 when it sunk to 14c when my broker advised they and others like LL. GPT , CMW and other property trusts were going to go broke because the banks were not lending and trying to call their loans , GMG had $1.4 billion with the CBA their money back .
GMG has been good for everyone but best for LT holders , I chose to borrow up to 60% of the new Val and got my money back plus a lot more instead of selling , bought other growth stocks that were life changing , the interest was very well covered by the dividends .
Now with State Street global advisers that includes Bank of New York and other majors tells me big things are happening in the US , the drop today is a mistake , these substantial investors are not fools and look for capital growth , hard to get a 1% return on investment around the world, interest rates on borrowings in Europe where i am holidaying are around 1% for borrowers and less for fund managers , the A$ also gives a low entry point when buying GMG ,
GMG is worth $12 plus and stays in the family for the kids to retire on , good luck traders/investors , we love you Greg G.
