Good question, one would think Cairns or Townsville,depends on if there are any special requirements. Having said that, the mining industry in the Cairns hinterland is on the way up with quite a number of new projects in various stages of completion,including Kagaras zinc mine just west of Chillagoe. The Cairns Port Authority have always been pro-active.
