You can keep asking that question if you want, I don't doubt you will; but I will spell it out for you anyway.
The rest of us can see the progress. The biggest of those issues surrounding the resource IMO, if they were in any doubt , those are in the process of being removed.
Government backing for the project has been declared publically and decisions on funding can now be fast tracked.
Last but definitely not least if Bergen were a thorn in SKs side...
