The reality is SAU appears to be a one man band ... and his main skill is 'talking' .... SK is his creation .... SAU is his (high jacked) vehicle.
SK has been a field of dreams for 4 years now and the SP is at an all time low and the company appears close to bankrupt and no closer to mining in SK than a one man band prospector .... IF, IF BMV starts gold mining in 2019 or 2020, it will be small scale .... any income will continue to be consumed by "corporate costs" AKA ... senior staff salaries and BOD remuneration ... for the foreseeable future.
In a gold bull market, a " fields of dreams" project may get traction once, but this story, endlessly retold has failed to get sustained traction and GOK what lies ahead except bankruptcy and liquidation .... after which these SK "assets" will surely find a new vehicle with the same driver (?).
SAU's BOD have been mere passengers whose sole contribution appears to be "making up the numbers". The failure of the WA "prospects" and the failure to attract well healed investors and to put the company on a sound financial and commercial footing is damming of the BOD performance.
It's probably too late for BOD reform and after all, what's SAU got to offer other than a temporary source fo income ??
Other than being subsumed by a large, financially strong gold miner, I see no future for SAU other than bankruptcy and liquidation.
