Yes, I understand those changes. But I can't see how they will make the difference between SKI deciding to not acquire 669M shares by 31 Dec and then acquiring them before 20 Feb.
The 'Government backing' is real but confined to assistance with DA at this stage. There is no financial backing.
As far as Bergen is concerned, acquisition by SKI by 31 Dec would certainly have triggered the Bergen termination, thereby removing the 'thorn'.
