My big concern is I got an email from the COY about the ELF programme a week ago... Asking general questions about the ELF and for borrower feedback. 

Even had gem this written in the email.. 

'We also would welcome any insights into other companies that you think may benefit from the ELF product – whether the companies are listed on a stock exchange or are unlisted.'

This email was sent out by the ECT a week ago.. 

Given the small staffing numbers at ECT I would've thought that ALL company resources down to the gold fish and pet dog should be put towards closing the Indian 'biggest deal of its kind' at the moment..  

if we have landed the Indian deal we certainly don't need to be out looking for other falling companies to bank roll...  IMO 

Very concerned that this has fallen over and ECT are looking at other means of company royalties to save face
