Too cheap based on what? Last 4C said cash outflow this present quarter will be ~$15.4M - if they bank $7M which seems to be about the run-rate, they'll have ($12M + $7M) - $15.4M = $3.6M left at the end of this quarter...then back to the market for some more working capital. I know it's not that the products are no good, it's that the operating costs are outrageous compared to the cash being generated.
