If directors are participating in this raise and giving themselves not only an entry price cheaper than retailer holder but ALSO a option to buy more at 20cps with a 3 year expiry than they are absolute crooks - as I have thought for some time. Will wait for the Ann but poor form if this is the case and retailer holders should have their say...
