    Couldn't agree more....

The SP has been drifting for some time, but of ofcourse this is of no concern to P&G. They have what they need.
Many cheerleaders have stated that OBJ have now negotiated better terms, payment on shipment rather than at the end of the period.
This is business 101. Who would ever sign a contract that allows payment after the sales period. This is a blueprint to go broke. P&G had effectively negotiated a consignment deal.
This part of the terms has improved but doesn't change anything other than improving receivables..........sales/growth are still the same.
P&G fully hold the cards and have a stella in house legal counsel team that will ensure they get what they want in the contract.
I still contend that this technology may eventually end up within P&G and this uncertainty may be the reason why the market has not bought into the 'potential' of OBJ. SP remains stagnant.

Many on this thread talk that revenue is the key to SP growth.....
Even if the SP surges 400% many people are still under water.
Even if OBJ hold onto their technology, the journey ahead is going to be a very, very long one.
    IMO only..
