Idle open pits should have some value for take over. There are several high grade gold mining operations under a open pit in this WA Gold Belt.

If removing Lind's $8.25m debt, which will be paid with converted shares.
Adding $2.8m received yesterday.
The adjusted net debt will be $5.15 million.

BLK's gold hedge position is not worse than MOY, which has 41,500 oz in 2019 at the average hedged price of $1,715/oz.
BLK's recovery rate is also not lower than MOY, which is 85% in average.

The difference is MOY is keeping AISC palatable against the hedge, there making ok money at the moment.

BLK need to control costs and worry less about exploring before they have no money to do either.
