If I was a prominent Angolan and paid good money to subscribe for shares in Pensador, why would I pay for the development of assets which belong to someone else ?
Wouldn't that make me look like a pretty stupid prominent Angolan ?

Having said that, it's all hypotchetical, because the announcement on Friday wass the most hastily scrambled, cynical, conveniently timed, vague piece of fiction I have ever laid eyes on.
