Well guys and Tim I will do my research to find out our position the best i can as we have no idea.

1,000,000 divided by 1500 = 667 ohms needs to be installed for 1mill in revenue from ohm that's if they still charge 1500 a month.

Add on another 100 or so for bundling when companies get charged less = 777 Ohms to get 1 mill revenue

All revenue is reoccurring so once it starts it shouldn't stop.

One good year selling 1000 plus will show some good numbers.

not exact science as we have no idea what Bud is actually charging behind the scenes.

Currently at around 400,000 to 500,000 in revenue from Ohm means we have installed around 200 to 400 Ohms for the year.

I would say they're not even installing an OHM a day.

When you think about how many countries they're trying to sell into and how many building and business in the area that's really piss poor.

The recovery should be easy if you ask me, it seems that the issue is with the company not the product. This means the sales team is poor and not meeting guidelines as BUD trains them and reports of holders saying of bad experiences on the sales front I would say this is the issue. I have no doubt that many deals have gone by the wayside by poor salesman skills.

When you think about TV sales, thousands of TV's around and still sell thousands.

Really I think 1000 OHMS a year from the current areas is possible let alone Imgram. It amaze balls me that we are dealing in several countries and clearly can't sell a donkey to someone who needs one, crazy.

So now we can see how they can get more OHMS than ever installed in the each quarter because clearly we are selling small numbers.

Digicel in one year probably installed like 50, so after three years they would stand at 150 Ohms installed ahahah. The deal needed to end ahahha.

Not having Thor revenue actually gives you a good view point on the OHM business.

So if Buddy improve the sales team, get rid of the bad eggs they may have a chance with a few big deals and a proper sales team.

I will admit we have no idea on the struggles to make one sale, I would it's say it's hardcore.

To posters like Bentas and sheet try and help yourself so you don't need to worry about being positive and negative just understand the position of the business.

So if the acquisition actually brings in revenue it may be possible to reach cash flow positive with a proper sales team. When you think about it 700 to 800 OHMS installed in one year in heaps of countries is actually f all and really should be getting that amount.

All in my opinion, not exact science just a guess on figures. sell some OHMS and get the job done with a proper sales team.
