Don’t forget AGY is run by a board of directors and one of the members of the board just pulled off a stunning deal with, yep the Japanese, for another of his companies.

I wouldn’t worry too much about AGY. They will get their finance, as JZ has intimated there is now enuf OT/strategic support to justify a move to stage 3 in whatever form it takes.

As we have discussed before AGY is now at the behest of the OTers and their testing and all parties MUST get this right.

IF the OTer is involved in the finance then ultimately the two deals, namely the OT and the finance, will be connected. It may not happen in the OT altho there may be an initial mou, but we may still need to see both developments sorted before an annmnt can be made and this makes it all the more complex as there will be legals and red tape involved.

Patience required here for a little bit more time imho.
