You have proven to not be techically minded and showed poor understandings in each respective flowsheet during our discussion exchanges. Now you portray to be a civil engineer stating your own civil works program when you clearly shown you dont understand solids reduction techniques or extraction methods so I doubt very much you have the understanding of productivity performance per hour of machinery.
You also might want to tone down your attack on us "sheep" as you keep alluding to as it comes across quite offensive.
Now I was involved in a coper concentation refinery in the middle of noware and including civil works this took 9mths. Yes add to this the HPAC, remove the ball mill circuit and replace the slurry reticulation and on this particlar site we were definitly been in production in 9 mths easily for a concentration plant.
Regardless whether its 10mths or 20mths as long as AUZ returns a ZERO contingency sum is the important underlying factor here as we did on this particular job...yes ZERO contingency. That is an injection of $110ml to AUZ.
Finally as you keep calling the AUZ investor "Sheep", well a word from advice from a sheep to you....please DYOR and please stop posting dribble, it dose come across as delusional.
