In recent weeks there has been an increase in the debate on ALP's proposed policies.
The media went toxic on the government and were allowing Shorten a free ride to the next election by constantly focusing on selected question time antics and sideline issues whipped up by the ALP.
The above suggests to me that there is more method than madness to the governments actions. They are far less being media 'trolled' (latest buzzword) and Shorten and Bowen are having to come out from the shodows and answer questions about their own policies.
