Unless there is something in the SPP prospectus that i’ve missed converting their options will make no difference to VWA as it’s not a trade.
SPP at best will cause Hauyou to show their hand. But ....as they have much deeper pockets they could just do nothing and watch as AVZ burn up whatever cash they raise (the idea that AVZ will use cash to keep drilling now is insane) and buy in even lower than now.
