Good old fireside chat, page-10436

The temperature is still quite cold in Moab Utah ,but it also appears to be one of the warmest places in the USA.
Only slightly colder than last year in Moab Utah ,so should not effect drill start.
My biggest concern at the moment is if this polar vortex is more to do with the North Atlantic current slowing down and reaching the tipping point of a total shutdown ,if that was to happen the upper atmosphere would drop down instantly freezing millions of people and burying buildings and the landscape under tens of meters of snow ,the entire Northern Hemisphere would also go into a mini ice age.
I have studied this for years and have been expecting it to happen sooner than latter for some time now.
I do hope we have years to decades to go ,but the early warning signs are starting to show.
I know this is slightly off topic ,but a North Atlantic current shutdown would effect USA the most and the business of ASN.
If anyone is interested in finding out about this potential issue ,watch the movie ,the day after tomorrow ,read up on NASA studies or google all the info out there.
All I ask is for this to play out for a few more years before the Northern Hemisphere environment turn to crap ,please.
