Buying income to get to cashflow positive is a fail to deliver in my book, they promised a date and they need to stick to it with the model they promised under. We all as holders need to hold them to account on that promise and ignore the slight of hand re this acquisition, regardless of how good, as any profitability won't take the sting out of the massive accompanying dilution.
Still may happen with a whale, but I think the only likely whale is Oman and that will be lucky to be generating any money this FY. Any others would need to be on board by the end of this quarter to impact the bottom line.
