I think a few need to read the announcement again and digest it.
Not only has the financial close date been restated but project commencement has been added to that date. So obviously signing of the deal will have to take place some time prior to that.
No capital raise as they state an incentive program for ELF holders, so no dilution to the register, just less dollars in through the door for the ELF.
Nothing has changed in an overall view, financial close is the main game and that has remained the same.
