You're not in a strong position, the punters have been consistently spending all their capital roughly ~4 million a year. If they exercised some frugality they wouldn't need to smash the people in the ELF.
IMO if the Indians really wanted the technology that badly they would have bought it from day dot. I am of the opinion, like someone else has stated, that the whole point of this exercise is to string the donkey along until it collapses dead.
