The company is slightly misleading because it says, "no dilution to raise capital", however the dilution in the ELF has effectively been differed until the loans are paid out. Once they are those billions of shares will be in the hands of holders and therefore available to sell on the market who I speculate will be itching to sell after paying out their expensive loans.
