The NMDC board meeting was never for any actual signing as some have suggested, it was to give board approval for the signing to go ahead at an agreed date which at this stage is prior to or by March 31st.
As the Ann clearly states the project is proceeding to the next stage with NLC and NMDC approval.
I know blind freddie can’t read but some need to read a little closer and try to comprehend.

You are completely correct! The terms of the RCA will be set in stone so that nothing can change. Then it can be signed.
