    can you imagine the proverbial that will hit the fan if the director doesn't take $15m?! all these sophs go in thinking the director is backing the company and then he/she pulls out and hahahahaha it will be a massacre.

    once reason for the delay could be the director needs a few more days to liquidate other assets and move money around.
