The Macquarie note posted by Obewan referred to deposit...... Not reserves nor resources.

You need to go read the JORC code 2012, and understand some basics on the pre-development stage of a deposit.

It says to me you don’t hold this stock, probably neither MIN nor AVZ.

I remember your woolly over enthused defence with a ‘nothing to see here’ stance when the judge on the DSO matter made a judgment.

Basically if you can’t adequately compare resources then you don’t understand the respective quality or lack of in MIN’s case. And this is dangerous for any investor - not to understand the actual resource value.

So what all this means is, considering your zealous defense last year of MIN’s courtcase against the AVZ strategic adviser, you actually don’t understand the DSO issue for Chinese processors and why Ellison has himself in a pickle of ever winning that case...... Because the facts are not with him nor with you.

Most amusing. I see you still don’t quite grasp the concepts of an interlocutory action nor what constitutes a “judgement” or order vs a statement of yet to be determined arguments of a party. Just how is that case now proceeding? Had its “Judge Judy - decision in 30 minutes” yet? Or is the reality of a commercial action and its timelines only now starting to be realised? Of course the truth of the “nothing to see here” statement still exists - you just may need to think a little more deeply about to what it referred...

I freely admit I’m not across the details of how massive the “reserve”/“deposit”/“resource” is for each and so asked for some clarification. In reply once more the best given is some shadow sticks of an ill founded argument. So, tell me once more, just how massive is the thing we are invested in in the DRC and why is it still not yet attracting all the foreign nationals and institutional and TO interests?

Oh and from which “Law school” did you graduate?

Don’t worry, my disclosures are truthful and I’ve had the necessary chat with mods re my qualifications, experience and background in case that still troubles you (why that would be the case though baffles me still).

What's your point with the interloc? We dealt with that...get back to me on my queries at the time. You know...now the deals been done with MIN (despite the contentions as b/w the parties - sure matter remains unsettled?) even if MIN was to be ultimately successful how could they quantify any damages given deal's done? Please enlighten us. I requested this from you before didn't I but don't remember any response. Hmmmm.
