IMO once they can see ECT has initiated their sml capital incentive program that will not add dilution,,, the partners will do what they need to do.
ECT can give them daily updates as funds come flooding in.
We might get some other form of guarantee ..
I guess this is coming from someone who has no exposure to the fantastic ELF facility ??
