WEEKLY Close Up
Looks to me like this is now in the midst of breaking out, with 6.5 continually bouncing back off this level, it just now needs to close over 7.0 for confirmation. Buy the base.
Large accumulation at 6.7 - 6.9 over the past week, and continually being re-loaded Off screen is a good sign imo
