Hello Sean, I have a little knowledge concerning KSA and payments. They do keep contractors waiting for extortionate periods before payment. I would not hold your breath concerning down payments before production!! Confidence in FBR itself is the important thing, as a shareholder I believe that they know exactly what they are doing and exactly where they are going. I am certain that they have a sound financial plan, near future and long term.
