I think it is very clear to everyone, and always has been, that they will do a capital raise this year. You needn't waste your time thinking of how they will get cash otherwise.
As it is funding the next stage in the development lifecycle, a capital raise perfectly acceptable. What will be interesting is to see if they can get some new cornerstone investors in at this stage
