We dont view ourselves as have entered an AMSLA however
We entered a Margin Loan or as opes called it Equity Finance
We note there was a amsla in the fsg ..at the rear if we were inclined to enter short selling or the lending of our shares to Opes
However we filled in the application form after being offered a Margin Loan in writing and understood Opes had financial Arrangements with ANZ Bank
We note our shares were lodged with the bank and the Bank must have set up a facility for us
We note ANZ are Bankers and Custodians
