The market is not worried about the CHM case.
MMX share price is stagnant while we wait for the next resource upgrade and for the port tender.
MMX's last resource upgrade scared a few people due to the beneficiation ore.
However the latest drill results (which have not yet been included in MMX's resource model) allay those fears with "wide, high grade intercepts of massive iron ore".
If MMX is able to deliver a solid resource upgrade to the DSO resource then the share price should get moving again.
As for the takeover potential, Sino will definitely want to buy MMX in my view, but no way they will do this before the tender is due as there is not enough time.
I don't want MMX to be taken over too early as the price is not yet reflecting anywhere near their true value.
