Remember, we're dealing with Japanese and South Korean groups in this deal.

This week is the Lunar New Year. Often called Chinese New Year.

China is on public holiday all week, returning Monday.

South Korea also observes the Lunar New Year and is currently on public holiday Monday to Wednesday this week. They should return tomorrow, unless individuals have taken Thurs+Fri as personal holidays.

Japan also celebrates the Lunar New Year, though since adopting the Gregorian Calendar they have moved the official public holiday from the Lunar New Year to the Gregorian New Year (January 1st).

Some people in Japan still celebrate the Lunar New Year even though it is not an officially recognised public holiday.

So, based on China, Korea, and Japan being on holiday to varying amounts this week, I don't expect any paperwork to be signed until next week at the earliest.

All IMO, DYOR, I could totally be wrong and we could get paperwork today.
