    I have heard that the water table on this tenement is at about 5m, thats shallow. Doesnt matter if the sand potentially goes to 30m in parts, you can’t mine below the water table. Maximum resource could be limited. It’s a nearology play, and one that VRX possibly passed over due to it’s limitations.
