You’re welcome to multiple annual earning by 10 - but I would remind you the mine life (reserves) is just 8 - so ur giving them 2 additional years of earnings for something that is unproven. Anyway each to their own on valuations... the tax losses sit in nifty I believe and would potentially transfer out if any sale (hence I included tax when valuing renison on a standalone basis). GL
